• messages and attachments you send to customer care; and

How we use information

We use personal information to operate the store, process and deliver orders, take payment, send transactional emails, provide tracking and support, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain security, improve the website, keep required business records, and meet legal or regulatory obligations.

Payments and service providers

Stripe processes payment details. Esencia Niur does not store complete card numbers. Our commerce, hosting, security, email, fulfillment, analytics, and delivery providers receive only the information reasonably needed to perform their services.

Providers currently used in operating the store include Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for network security and delivery, Medusa for commerce operations, our managed email server, and fulfillment or shipping partners. Their own privacy terms may apply when they process information on our behalf.

Cookies, retention, and security

Essential cookies and similar technology keep carts, checkout, account sessions, localization, and security controls working. We retain records only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and applicable accounting, tax, and legal requirements.

We use administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Do not send payment credentials by email.
