Shipping policy

We ship online orders to addresses in Canada and the United States and provide tracking when it becomes available.

Processing and delivery

Most orders are prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days after payment authorization. Delivery time begins after the carrier receives the parcel and varies by destination, carrier, customs processing, weather, and supplier lead time.

If an item has an unexpected delay or cannot be fulfilled, we will contact the customer at the checkout email address with the available options.

Weight-based shipping rates

Shipping is calculated from the combined product weight:

Up to 400 g: USD $30
401–800 g: USD $45
Each additional 400 g, or any fraction of it: add USD $15

Canadian customers see the corresponding CAD amount at checkout. The total currency and shipping charge are shown before the order is placed. Applicable taxes, duties, or import charges are handled according to the checkout and destination requirements.

Tracking and delivery issues

Tracking details are emailed after Esencia Niur receives them from the supplier or carrier. Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate delivery address and monitoring carrier updates.

Report a parcel marked delivered but not received, visible transit damage, or a prolonged tracking delay to [email protected]as soon as possible. Keep the packaging and photographs if the parcel arrives damaged.

Address changes and cancellations

Contact us immediately if an address is incorrect or an order needs to be cancelled. We cannot guarantee a change after an order has entered fulfillment or been transferred to a carrier.
