Store and eligibility

Esencia Niur operates this online store from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. You must provide accurate information, be legally able to enter a purchase agreement, and use an authorized payment method. The store may not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

Products, pricing, and currency

We aim to present descriptions, colours, lengths, textures, weights, images, and prices accurately. Screen settings and the natural characteristics of human hair may create reasonable variation. Temporary mockup images are identified where used.

United States orders are priced in USD and Canadian orders in CAD. Shipping, discounts, and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. We may correct an obvious error before fulfillment and will contact the customer if the correction materially affects an accepted order.

Orders and payment

An order is a request to purchase and may be accepted or declined for stock, payment, fraud-prevention, pricing, or delivery reasons. Stripe securely processes card payments. A confirmation email records receipt of the order; fulfillment and tracking communications follow when available.

We may cancel and refund an order that cannot be fulfilled or that appears unauthorized. Customers are responsible for reviewing the order, currency, address, and contact information before submitting payment.

Shipping, returns, and professional use

Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Exchanges Policy form part of these terms. Hair extensions should be selected, installed, maintained, and removed appropriately. Product information is not medical advice, and a qualified stylist should assess suitability for your hair and scalp.

Intellectual property and availability

Site text, visual design, product organization, and Esencia Niur branding may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the store, but this does not remove obligations attached to accepted orders.

Liability, governing law, and contact

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Esencia Niur is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer's location.
